The scope of work is confirmed only after the product count, intended use, reference material, and shot list have been reviewed.

Any commercial terms, including product intake, sample approval, proof review, file delivery, and return of products, are handled according to the agreed project plan. Artistic Focus may decline or revise a request where the scope is incomplete, impractical, or inconsistent with the agreed process.
All photographs, edits, layouts, and related materials remain the property of Artistic Focus or its licensors unless a separate written license states otherwise. No rights are transferred beyond the agreed use, and no RAW files, rejected frames, or other unselected files are included unless expressly agreed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artistic Focus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for differences between a reference image and the final work caused by product condition, lighting, styling, or approved creative choices. Any retouching is limited to the agreed scope and does not include deceptive alteration of identity or product characteristics.
